We have standard shipping charges. However, since the nature of products we deal with are imported and heavy, we apply different shipping charges depending upon the order amount.

SHIPPING RATES:

Minimum Order Amount is Rs. 500. We have stopped accepting orders below Rs. 500.

For orders between Rs. 500 – Rs. 1500, Shipping is Rs. 120.

For orders between Rs. 1500 – Rs. 2500, Shipping is Rs. 160.

For orders above Rs. 2500, Shipping is Rs. 200.

For orders above Rs. 5000, we provide FREE SHIPPING.

Once we get your order, your products are inspected and packed safely to be handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you as soon as they can. In case, they are unable to reach you, they will contact you on the number provided by you.

We usually dispatch all orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). Delivery time depends on the courier company.

We currently ship all over India.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an AWB number through which you can track on our trusted courier partner’s website.

Yes, COD is available with an extra charge of Rs. 50.

Unlike other sites, we are not backed by big financial companies. We are a small start-up passionate about providing the trendiest nail supplies to our customers at affordable pricing. Our business model does not give us the flexibility to give refunds or exchanges. Right now, our policy does not allow you to exchange the product.

Please take a picture of the goods or products as soon as you receive it with the packaging and send it to us on info@imaella.com. We will look into it and either refund or send a replacement to you.
